Parkour and Freerunning classes are run on a skeleton timetable over the holidays for all students on membership. Please contact us to let us know which class you'd prefer
Skills Workshops are aimed to focus and progress on level specific skills
Age and ability ranges of classes on this timetable are only a guide. Classes are structured to maintain groups of similar size and ability to ensure everyone has a fair go.
Open floor sessions are a great opportunity for students to get creative and build confidence in their parkour. It's also the perfect time to work on all the skills they need for their next grading. An instructor will always be present to assist students and ensure a safe environment.
Parkour and Freerunning classes have a maximum of 18 participants, so bookings are essential to guarantee a spot. If your desired class has no spaces available we can place you on a wait list to be informed when a spot becomes available.
